WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea how this business managed to get an average 1.2 star rating! Their lack of service is possibly the worst I have experienced in my 52 years of living in South Africa, and that includes government departments. I requested a static IP. i was told it would be R19.65 per month extra and i was happy with that. I was immediately invoiced, cut off, paid the day after the request, have no fiber, and upon query am told they're changing systems and the static IP is not an available service. Now, I've been on the whatsapp line for hours on end waiting for assistance. You cannot get a live individual on a telephone. If someone reads this review and chooses not to do business with Webafrica then i have saved at least one person an insane amount of frustration.
