Worst service ever

Worst service and ISP experience ever. I've been disconnected without any reason. To makes things worse, it is in the middle of the national lockdown and I need internet access to do my job. I really struggle to get through to any of the support channels and when I do, I'm sent from one support department to the next in circles. When I do get a support agent to assist, it is always empty promises that doesn't materialise. As of now, I still don't have my access restored even though I'm paying for the service.
