Worst service ever!!!

Webafrica customer care (live chat) is the worst, the agents do not know anything about their product, I always experience payment issues month to month and getting assistance from the team is the worst!!!! I urge people to lol else where to internet service provider. I made a payment using the reference number they provided to me, I don’t know why the hell they’re trying to debit my account and the agent sends me a link to make a payment after I explained that payment was made in store
