Worst service ever!!! dont sign up for Webafrica!!!

I paid for a new Vuma line a week ago but when I follow up for installation they tell me the money was paid to a incorrect reference number but web Africa sent me the link to pay on. This is pure ***** ICASA must be made aware of this Vuma and cancel their trading license!!!
