WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Do not recommend using them at all. My installation was done almost a month ago and it has never worked since the first day. I am still without wifi but they continue taking money off my account. There is no way to contact them except through whatsapp which they never reply to anyway. There is no help and no service what so ever. They are now blaming Vodacom and doing nothing to sort out the problem. They only say they will escalate the issue which will be sorted out in 48 hours, its been almost a month and nothing is sorted out, no one has even contacted me. Then they want to charge you +- R4000 for cancelation costs for something that never worked and they continue to bill you for a service they cannot provide. I have never in my life received worse service than this. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone ever! They will just take your money and want even more when you want to cancel. Stay away!!
