WORST SERVICE EVER

I wish I could give this a zero star. This is the worst ISP around. I switched from LTE to Fibre in Deecember. I have been with this ISP since 2019. They have managed to mess up my billing for 3 months now, didn't cancel the LTE when the switch was done. Eventually got a credit note on 21 January after they cut my service. LTE is cancelled and now in February they debit me again for LTE and Fibre. Customer service via Whatsapp and landline are non existent. AVOID. I have been waiting for an agent since 7am it's now 1:30pm
