Worst service ever

Should be zero out of five. More than a month of WhatsApp and webchat conversations with different agents have not resulted in a successful ISP connection. We have now been billed too, and yet there is still no connection. How can any company not have an agent to speak to clients directly to resolve issues or send technicians to the clients residence?
