Worst service ever

I have never had such terrible service in my life. I was **** to by Sales to sign up and they captured an order with an incorrect address knowing that the address is allocated to some else. The previous occupant of the house still has the line on her name Even though she canceled and is another dissatisfied webafrica client. I have been debited but I do not have any services as yet. Nobody from support ever helps as well. I requested a manager to call me and nobody does. Only lies and terrible service
