WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give no starts, I would!!! I signed up with them on 12/06/2024 and all was fine for a couple of days. From 19/06/2024 I had little to no internet and was told by an agent that MTN has incorrectly FUPPED me as my limit is 600GIG and not 300GIG (they fupped me on 300GIG). IK was then told some BS about the prorata and I was only allocated 300GIG. Ok fine, I left it at that. It is now 1/7/2024 and still little to no internet speed and all the agents can tell me is that it is escalated to MTN..... And all this after I again like a stupid paid for the next month! I will be taking this further and expect ALL my money back!
