WORST SERVICE EVER

This has been the worst service i have ever received. Firstly there is no contact number to speak to someone directly, everything gets done via WhatsApp. I have requested to cancel my line/swervice with them, in June 2024 and its now December 2024 and I am still getting billed and the amount getting deducted off my account monthly. I would like a full refund.
