Worst Service Ever

I ordered an LTE sim which arrived on time, after activation it worked for few hours on my personal router then they blocked the Sim stating that im using a wrong router. I ordered a new router from them which I paid R1500. It’s been 10 days now still waiting for the router and when I call no one is giving me positive feedback. Their service is B**S.
