Worst service ever. Actually NO service

This is by all means the worst service i have ever received in my 62 years. I cannot explain my level of frustration.. My next issue with them will to get my refund for admin fees etc i had to pay upfront. Thank heavens i do not have to deal with them anymore. My blood pressure is sky high
