Worst service ever!!!!

The worst experience ever! I decided to cancel with my old isp and renew with Webafrica the agents are idiots and I was the entire weekend without wifi! I have also paid and want a refund!!! The agents left me on hold for days on end! No answers no wifi and now I returned back to my old isp who has been assisting me through this trying time I also had to spend a huge amount on data so my daughter can be on YouTube for the exams this is the worst isp ever!!! I know will have to be more days without wifi due to returning back to my previous isp. Thanks to Afrihost!!
