Worst service Ever!

Getting worse. They switch off the internet at the beginning of every month and they have taken till today to do anything about it. They didn’t collect my debit order, only for them to make me pay a reconnection fee of R575. If I want to cancel I must pay R999. But it’s a month-to-month subscription. You get forwarded to an agent every 10 minutes and you must re-tell your whole story from the beginning. Does anyone have a better service provider for Fiber to recommend? I have spent so much money buying data because of these issues it’s really not worth it anymore. They are really getting ridiculous and frustrating.
