Worst service ever

Worst service, please do not enter into contract with WebAfrica you will regret it. I signed up with them in October, they connected me remotely and sent me a router to connect, after I connected it as instructed there was no internet. To this day I have never been connected, I tried to get assistance on their live chat, it didn't help. They escalate the matter to their EXCO team, but my complaints was closed without any explanation. Yet every month they invoice me and deduct money from my account. I'm in the process of canceling this contract.
