Worst service ever!!!!!

I cannot believe there are so many 5-star reviews. Do you remove all the bad ratings?

You have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Your WhatsApp and webchat agents (or bots) either don't read the information provided or are simply programmed to repeat the same script.

They make customers repeat the same troubleshooting steps over and over again, even after screenshots have been provided. Then they close the ticket because a serial number wasn't supp****, despite never requesting it in the first place, forcing customers to reopen the case and start the entire process again.

After going through all the same steps that clearly aren't going to resolve the issue, we're told it can take up to 72 hours for a response. Fair enough. Then, on a Friday afternoon, we're suddenly informed that the 72 hours only refers to business days and does not include weekends. Surprise!

The best part? There is no phone number to call and speak to an actual human being.

This is now the second month in a row that I've experienced the same problem. I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection to do my job. Being left without internet for days at a time is completely unacceptable.

I am sharing this experience with my friends, family, and colleagues for one simple reason: so they know to avoid your service.

Hi Ilze,
We can see how frustrating this has been, especially with this being the second time you have experienced the same issue while relying on your connection for work. Having to repeat troubleshooting steps, reopen tickets, and wait through extended timelines understandably takes its toll, and your feedback highlights exactly where the experience has not met expectations.
To give you a clear update, our technical support team engaged with you earlier today under *** and completed additional troubleshooting. The ticket remains actively open with our faults team, who are continuing their investigation to identify and resolve the root cause of the recurring issue. You will continue receiving SMS updates as progress is made towards restoring your connection as quickly as possible.
In terms of your broader concerns, your feedback around communication, repeated steps, and ticket handling has been taken seriously and shared with the relevant teams. The intention is always to resolve issues efficiently without unnecessary repetition, and it is clear this has not been your experience.
We are committed to seeing this through to resolution and restoring a stable connection you can rely on. If there is any additional detail you would like us to include on the active fault, you are welcome to share it with us via private message, and we will ensure it is added for the team’s attention.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

To make matters worse, I even called the sales call centre because it was the only phone number available. I left a message and was assured that a manager would call me back. To date, I have not received a call. I cannot go another day without internet access. I work from home and rely on your service to do my job. This issue has already dragged on far too long, and I need someone to take ownership of this case and make it a priority.

Hi Ilze,
We hear your frustration, especially after having to rely on callbacks that didn’t happen and still being without a stable connection while working from home. We understand how disruptive and stressful this has become, particularly with the issue dragging on for this long.
Your case remains active with our faults team, and it has now been re-flagged for urgent priority handling with a request for clear ownership and escalation on the investigation. The team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore your connection as quickly as possible.
We also acknowledge your concern about the missed call-back. That’s not the level of responsiveness we expect, and it has been noted as part of your case history.
We are continuing to push this internally to ensure it is treated with the urgency it requires and brought to resolution without further delay.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

Hi Ilze,
Thank you for your message. We understand the urgency of needing your connection restored, especially after being without internet for this extended period and with the concern of going into the weekend still offline. Your fault has already been escalated to the network provider, and urgency has been formally requested. Our Faults Team is actively engaging with them and will continue to push for an urgent resolution so that your connectivity can be restored as a priority. We do ask that you allow the team time to work with the provider while these escalations are in progress.
We will continue driving this forward until your connection is fully restored.
Warm regards,

Hi Ilze,
We understand your frustration, especially as the internet is still not working even though the ticket was marked as closed. That’s not the experience you should be having, particularly when you’re actively reporting that the issue is ongoing.
We are currently following up with our technical team to urgently review why the ticket was closed and to ensure the fault is properly addressed and not missed. Your service status is being rechecked so the team can get a clear understanding of what is still affecting your connection.
We will come back to you as soon as we receive feedback from the technical team.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

I understand that I cannot terminate my contract immediately without being considered in breach of contract. However, Webafrica has already failed to provide the service I am paying for, which places you in breach of your obligations as well.

At this point, I am effectively being held at the mercy of your timelines while I remain without internet access. I work from home, and this ongoing outage is having a direct impact on my ability to do my job.
Today is 15 June 2026, and I am still without service. Yet I am expected to continue paying for a service that is not being delivered. Please explain why I should be charged for this month when I have not received the service I am paying for.

More importantly, I need a clear answer: when will this issue be resolved? If Webafrica is unable to provide a reasonable resolution timeframe, when will I be free to move to another ISP that can restore my internet access?

I would appreciate an urgent response from a manager with a clear resolution plan and timeline.

How is this not high priority….. it has been a week. You are in breach of your contract. And no manager has even taken it upon himself or herself to give a call. This is pathetic

Hi Ilze,
We understand how frustrating this is, especially going into another weekend without any connectivity and not having received the level of communication or follow-up you expected. Being without service for this long is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we hear your concern around both the downtime and lack of proactive updates.
Your case (WA***) remains actively with the relevant team and is still being worked on as a priority to restore your connection as soon as possible.
On the billing query, this will need to be reviewed in line with the final resolution of the fault, as adjustments are typically assessed once the service issue has been fully resolved.
We will continue to follow up on your case and will update you as soon as there is further feedback.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
