Worst service ever ..

I can begin to explain how annoying it is to never get hold of an actual person!

Second when I call the technical company Ocotel, after logging a complaint 5 days ago on an installation fault, they tell me the Webafrica hasn't even sent them a support ticket to do the work!!

5 days to log a support call??? Seriously 5 days to punch in a few words and numbers!!!

Never use there service! Go 5G!
