WORST SERVICE ever

By far the worst service I have ever experienced.

From 27 Nov, I am struggling to get hold of someone to assist me BUT no one can help, how ridiculous. Billed me for December BUT my fiber is not even up and running because no one at Web Africa can help. I have tried all forms of communication to get hold of anyone but nothing.

I want to CANCEL and will not pay cancellation fee as you have not provided any service to me. Web Africa come fetch your modem. I am blasting social media and letting everyone know NOT to sign up with a such pathetic company.

It is pointless promoting fast internet, offering freebies IF you are unable to complete simple initial set up
