Worst service ever

I moved, requisted the move and everything went well. They came and did the instalation on 26 April. The router came and there was no conection at all. We tried everything nothing worked. Still no conection. I keep paying the account but nothing is working.The Whatsapp agents ate useless no one seems to be able to fix the problem. I cannot keep doing this , I keep sending whasapps and emails but nothig gets done. Worse fibre servises .
