Worst Service Ever

I wanted to change my cellphone number on my profile to get the OTP on the correct number and tried all means of communication with Webafrica. Waiting a total of 4hrs for someone to respond via a WhatsApp chat is terrible. The worst part is that they don't understand the basic problem to change a number. I then attempted to phone the only available number, which was also without any progress. It is terrible how Webafrica operates and you cannot contact any technical person, all done via WhatsApp.
