Worst Service Ever!!!

Does WebAfrica even have employees or are we chatting with robots on WhatsApp????? 😡 Pathetic customer service from them.

I signed up for a package for R669 in November, they delayed installation the whole of November and my line was only active in December, yet they debit my account for November. In December they then debit an amount over R1000 for God knows what. The agent tells me I was double debited because they won't debit again for January. Guess what, in January, they've debited again.

What the hell is going on with WebAfrica, I regret signing up with them 😤.
