Worst service ever

i app**** for Vuma wifi to be installed, i paid for the service which was R399 on the 17th of July 2024. Installations was done on the 22nd July 2024. Guess what... Until tjis moment 31st July 2024 at 18:15 and counting i still have no internet access. They do not answer their landlune which is *** and ***,,, the only way to commucate with is via whatsapp where i am sent from agent to agent for the past 10 days now...

Im highly ****ed off as my patients and understanding is being taken for a damn ride. So i cleatly paid for a service i am not getting whatsoever. I now Spend almost R70 a day plus 5 days = R350 per week for data of which i was avoiding when i opted for their service. But all i got was the highest incompetency every.
