Worst service ever

I was having connection problems with them since May 2024.ive spoken to them many times and it was never fixed.i even upgraded my line because 1 if the agents told me it would be better it never was.we wouldn't even watch a movie or use the service.i finally canceled it in January 2025 and the lady told me that they will send someone out to fix it that day.i said no then she said it would be cancel at the end of January that is when I went with mweb.my account was debited this month again by webafrica and vumatel.i spoke to a agent and she said I was misinformed and I can't be refunded I was charged for 2 wifi services.i don't have any money because of them that took my last .I am sick to my stomach.please help.i don't know what to do.
