Worst service ever

Worst onboarding experience of any company out there. I don't recommend using them as a supplier. Firstly, they don't have any idea of when orders were placed, I placed the order this year and they indicated that i placed the order last year. Secondly, they don't adhere to their own timelines and thirdly they charged me for a connection fee which is clearly marked as free on their website. Escalation after escalation done with no feedback or reason on why they are charging me a connection fee for Vumatel when it is clearly stated free connection!
