Worst service ever

How difficult is it to attach a document to an e-mail and send it – from whatever internal department? I'm still waiting for my matter to be resolved and my wifi installed it's been 3 weeks now. They just play Ping Pong with you transferring without any results. They lie to their clients with empty promises. They are so politely useless. Between them and vumatel, they all lack accountability.
