worst service ever!!!!!!

the worst service I have ever experience in my entire life!!! webafrica sent britelink service to install fibre in my home without my consent. I do not even have a quote from them or any other correspondence. then their line is active and am waiting for a router from VOX, which is the service provider that I have signed a quote with

webafrica can you just own up to this active line in my home and deactivate it as I have never requested any quote from you.
