Worst service ever!!!

Zero stars!!! Terrible, worst service ever! Took 2 weeks to deliver the simcard. Now simcard here, still not connected for 2 days. Call center directs you to WhatsApp or live chat for enquiries. That means you must have another internet service provider to get hold of webafrica. What's the point of paying for their service if you can't use it and must use other provider to contact them?! I wish I read reviews before signing up. Oh yeah, and the robot doesn't answer on WhatsApp, takes hours if you are lucky. Then takes forever to finally get to an agent, from morning till noon. Then they close chat because they assume you're just lazing around waiting for them.
