Worst service ever!!!

Worts service ever. Been without internet for 4 days. WhatsApp support has about 4 hours to just get to talk to someone. After 4 days and 5 diffrent support techs they finally figured they incorrectly suspended my fibre connection. When querying how long is it going to take to switch back on i get 'hold on just a sec' 4 hours later NOTHING.
