WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Webafrica has the WORST service EVER!!!! Cancelled my LTE with them. The service was supposed to be cancelled on 1 September and they are still deducting money from my account for October. After 3 hours on whatsapp and 8 agents later, they said they will reverse the money. It is now 12 days later and still no refund and my service still shows cancellation pending. STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!!!!
