worst service ever

it is the most horrible service i have ever received from any company they do not contact a person in regards to installation or delivery they just pitch up and not everybody has got someone at home all day everyday - then i received a modem but no installation has happened and when a person contact them they say contact them on whatsapp which is more useless waiting now for 45 minutes for someone to reply and decided to phone them and spoke to someone after 14 min of holding on -
