Worst service ever!!!!,

Worst service ever!! The sales lady said they arrange everything and we would be connected within a few days! They sent another company out to check the connection...they came into our house and dissappeared! Vumatel says we are scheduled for 1 November!!! But everything was supposed to be done now! Everyone is giving us the runaround!
