Worst service ever.

Webafrica does not care about its customers. It’s been four days without internet, and their lack of action is unacceptable. When it comes to debiting my account, they have no problem doing so on time, but when it comes to providing the service I’m paying for, it’s a different story.

Their WhatsApp support is useless, and the people who call offer no real assistance. Four days with no internet and no technician sent this is a failure on their part.

Here’s what needs to happen immediately: Send a technician to fix the issue or refund my money and terminate this useless service.This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
