Worst Service ever!!

I'm so upset and ****ed to the core right now. I was advised that there is coverage where I live, sent in my application and waited for delivery of my package I ordered, they debit me R500 and then a day later tell me my application was unsuccessful unfortunately openserve is not in my location. AFTER DEBITING ME!!! I informed them about the situation it's been a week and I still haven't received my money back! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!! Worst service ever and communication channel as well is horrible as they dont do calls only whatsapp chats, is this company even legit??
