Worst service ever

This is a useless company honestly. Their service is extremely poor I requested a refund on the 9th of April through their negligence in sending me a wrong link address had to replay and after 2 months of requesting a refund and feedback everytime I ask for an update I have to explain the whole story over. This is pathetic the agents are never minded you can't get through to some sort of head office and everything is just messed up
