Worst service ever!!!!!

<p>Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Web Africa has not been able to activate my line and blames telkom. I visited telkom they said they are not able to do anything cause they are not my service provider and on their side it shows the line is active and just needs to be confirmed with username and password. I have decided to cancel all my services with Web Africa and even this is an issue for them to do. I was never able to make use of the service yet I was charged and they will not do an immediate cancellation and I am just advised that my ticket will be seen to. This is completely unacceptable. My next step is to take this to social media including hello Peter should I not receive any assistance in cancelling my line. I'd like to move to a new service provider but this is not possible unless Web Africa cancels my services and releases my line into the holding pool</p>
