WORST service ever !!

The ABSOLUTE WORST service ever received. Taking more than 2 weeks to resolve a simple billing issue !!!

And the "super fast" Whatsapp channel is absolutely useless ... as you get disconnected from an agent and then have to reconnect and repeat everything again to new agent.

Also do not trust when it is mentioned that someone will call you back .... NEVER happens.
