WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Worst service EVER!!!!

I pay for a 250/150 MB/S line, the speed that I am receiving is 20,80 mb/s upload and 10.30 mb/s download.

I do not have laptops with a lan port and the gentleman by the name of Sfiso says to me that I need to connect a lan cable to be able to accurately calclute my speed, I can see how everything lags!!!

Then I get told he will book a service call at R1500, what service is this????

I am deeply shocked, and will find an alternative service provider who have people in place that take their customers serious
