WORST SERVICE EVER

I have been struggling from 20/03/2023 to get a refund of R299 from WEBAFRICA, you cannot contact them only "LIVE CHAT" which is pathetic because you get a different agent all the time and then you have to explain the whole story and every agent tells you the same nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO BASICALLY THEY HAVE ****** MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
