Worst service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, waited more than 3 hours for my chat to be attended only to be told to wait maybe later I will be able to pay. Been trying to pay my account but not receiving any OTP to proceed with my payment and only told to just wait maybe I will get an OTP later. What a joke and waste of my time.
