worst service delivery ever

looks like a celebrated too soon. I've received great service from the agents from Webafrica, no doubt about that but with regards to technical service, absolutely terrible. My fibre cable has been damaged due to the installation before because the cable was visible from outside. i lodged this complain from 9 April 2023, it's now the 14th and no technician has come out. I've spent R700 on data for the week already. ive taken off from work to be home but i wasted the whole day with nothing being done. i also left work early and still no technician came out. Everyday my issue gets escalated but nothing happens, this is totally unacceptable. i paid you guys in full and i had to waste money because of you guys, will i be reimbursed? i rather cancel this service and take this up with my lawyers because this is the worst service ever.
