Worst service by Webafrica

Absolutely disappointed by Webafrica! Have been going in circles trying to get my fibre activate. Spoke to Wade twice, Courtney, Channelle and Daniel Davids via whatsapp and all of them could not assist! The call centre is basically non existent, calls are just dropped while you still holding tho speak to an agent! I have been given a ref number yet no one can tell me when my service will be active! WEBAFRICA PLEASE FIX THIS OR I WILL MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER
