After chatting to agents via WhatsApp and nothing being resolved a retention specialist contacted me regarding why I’m canceling my service after explaining he then emailed saying that he would replace the router and sim and it will be delivered only the sim was delivered and no router he isn’t even responding to the emails worst service ever I’m now paying for something which I can’t use
