Worst Service

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with WebAfrica! 😡 Internet's been down since November, 2025 and despite reports, nothing's been fixed. Technician said they had no materials and couldn’t replaceor fix anything. I have requested for cancellation, but they say it'll take 2 months and I gotta pay even though the internet is down! And don't even get me started on the "customer service" - no direct line, just a WhatsApp line where they take hours or days to respond. Don't ever use them. 👎
