Worst service and support ever

The worst service and Support i have ever had with a ISP i paid the activation fee for my fibre line and never got any feedback on when the activation will be done and when you tri to call there number it never works then you next option is to talk to them on WhatsApp and that is a ***** up it takes forever for them to help you and when you do get through to an agent he takes forever to respond to and then they put you through to another agent to help you and then the last time i waited 4 hours before the next agent got back to me. but now i asked them for a refund on the activation fee i paid in December 2023 they even asked me for my bank details and told me it will take 24 to 48 hours for the refund and its more than a week now and still did not received my money and i have been on there whatsapp for 2 days now and not getting through to them i need to to no where is my money the refund i asked for i dont no how are they still in business with this bad support there staff dont care about any of there clients
