worst service and refunds

I cancelled my service with them end of November 2022 and yet they are taking money of my account every month. They don't have a land line to phone and speak to someone to assist with this matter. The whatsapp line to talk to someone keeps saying " I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent." after how many attempts and messages still sitting with this problem. I would've give them a minus 5 star rating if I could. They have the worst service and after sales I've ever seen. I wont suggest anyone to start business with them.
