Worst service and pathetic communications team

No Joy from the service team, I have to follow up and I am constantly given information that does not apply to my account, incorrect information. I have had a huge run around having to follow up every day but every day it is the same outcome. My account has been debited twice an yet I have not used my line as I am not getting the proper response. I now have an incompatible router which I was told will work. I am really irritated with WebAfrica for this peutred service and need to get to the bottom of this bull**** today. I need a senior to call me as your whatsap service is pathetic, I am not in the mood to be transferred again after two months of being transferred with no solution.
