Worst service 😒

I recently installed fibre at my home in March 2022 the technician came I asked him to put it in a central point as I have a 3 story house he said to me that it will work throughout the house so he fixed it on the second floor which my business runs from in that room the signal is perfect however the upper and lower level as no signal when they installed they damaged my property and the neighbors connection we have reported it that they need to send the technician back to put it in a central point I even went and bought a wifi booster which doesn't work at all I have called and msged many times all they say is they are logging a ticket and a technician will be in contact with me but I must pay R750 for them to remove the device to another place in the house which is just not fair they technician should have known better that the house is big and putting it in the corner will not work well I need someone to assist and get this resolved asap as I am not willing to pay for perthetic services
