Worst service!

Their service is terrible and not a month goes by before there is an outage for multiple days at a time.

Our area has been down for 2 days. Every time I query it it takes forever to convince the "support" team that there's something wrong. Recently a consultant kept arguing there was nothing wrong and I kept sending proof that there is. After a back and forth he finally admitted he just hadn't refreshed his screen. I then received an apology on a complaint I sent via email months ago. It was a completely unrelated query.

Today, another consultant just ended our chat with no feedback. If you cant assist via whatsapp chat then dont offer the option. Not that they're much help via other methods.
