Worst service

I made contact in 2023 December never got the router or instalation never got service i phoned them amd told them they should leave it and im going with another provider i phoned everyday and no one assisted me now 2025 my account is in defualt with them for some reason while never getting any service i waited till february even paid for a months wifi i never got they messed up my credit score could not buy a vehicle becuase of that and now im still waiting for them to respond
