WORST SERVICE!!!

We have recently moved into an apartment that only deals with web africa which we now had to sign up. Order has been paid but no communication received with regards to installation. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional provider, there is a call center line that never gets answered, WhatsApp communication with a bot that is no of any assistance! This is unacceptable, I do not understand why webafrica is still in business.. Extremely dissapointed.
